All our art prints and frames are made to order with utmost care and precision, with the safety packaging to prevent any accidental wear and tear during the transit. As a result, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in such cases.
