India Photo Fest 2025 – Call for Entries

COG India Art Foundation is now accepting submission of photographs for their annual photography festival to be held in Kolkata.

Four art galleries run by The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Kolkata

COG India Art Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Indian art and artists, officially registered under the Government of India. Run by Saikat Mondal (Director) and Ankita Roy (Co-founder), it provides a platform for artists of all ages, nurturing creativity and making art accessible to diverse audiences. Through exhibitions, workshops, and interactive sessions, the foundation fosters artistic growth, expression, and a lifelong passion for the arts.

Since 2022, IPF has become one of India’s most anticipated photography festivals, attracting global participation and vibrant audiences. The 2024 edition showcased 1,100 photographs from 500 artists, drew over 5,000 visitors, and featured exhibitions, cultural performances, artist talks, and interactive sessions — even welcoming Sourav Ganguly as a special guest.

  • Registration (for submission): INR 100
  • Exhibition (after acceptance): INR 1400 per image (covers printing, framing, and exhibiting of one work). 
  • 6-10 photograhs across one or multiple categories
  • File size must be less than 3 MB in .jpg format (for selection)
  • Original work from any device including film cameras and mobile phones
  • Image quality must support print size of 12×18 inches
  • Watermark, selective coloring and morphing not allowed
  • High-quality photographs (300dpi) and exhibition fee must be submitted within 5 days of receiving acceptance.
